Hannah Wants Embarks on 2019 USA Tour

Tour Stops at Nine Cities including Chicago, Miami, San Francisco and LA Under ‘What Hannah Wants’ Tour Concept

New Original ‘Love Somebody’ to Release on Etiquette May 10 - Order/Stream Herre: https://etiquette.lnk.to/LoveSomebodyEP

For the first time in over a year, Hannah Wants returns to North America for a headlining tour— this time showcasing her revamped ‘What Hannah Wants’ concept. Beginning on June 14, she will embark on a nine-stop journey through Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco and more key markets across the nation.

Hannah will be releasing a freshly minted original—’Love Somebody’—on May 10 to help mark the occasion.  ‘Love Somebody’ captures the ultimate aesthetic of Etiquette, Hannah’s new label which was born as a way for her to bring the bass and house worlds together. The track fuses a heady low end with crisp percussion and soulful vocals, asserting her ability to balance her underground roots with pop sensibilities.

America will also get a healthy taste of her ‘What Hannah Wants’ tour concept, which debuted in 2015 with large scale production and branded shows at places like Lovebox, The Warehouse Project, and more. Hannah re-introduced the series in early 2019, taking it to smaller, rawer settings that fostered a deeper connection between her and her fans. ‘What Hannah Wants’ trekked through 15 of the UK and Ireland’s most notable small venues including Patterns, Cosmic Ballroom, and Wire in Leeds in its initial 2019 run.

Beyond establishing a deeper connection with fans, Hannah Wants also finds great importance of paying her success forward to up-and-coming DJs. A cornerstone aspect of the ‘What Hannah Wants’ tour is ongoing talent searches while on the road, where the icon carefully handpicks each of her opening acts. Hannah will help bring exposure to newer artists Stateside as she continues to seek out hidden talent during her cross-country journey.

Hannah Wants quickly made headway in dance music following her first Ibiza season in 2010. Just four years later, she’d been flagged as Mixmag’s ‘Breakthrough DJ of the Year’ for her inventive blending of classic house, bass, and garage. The reward for ‘Best DJ’ at the 2015 Bass Music Awards followed, as well as DJ Mag’s 2017 ‘Best Of British’ title of ‘Best DJ.’ Hannah persevered through 2018 to achieve some of her biggest successes to date, with a record-breaking crowd at EDC Las Vegas, a Coachella debut, appearances in Australia and New Zealand, a storied fifth year of residency at Amnesia Ibiza, and a headlining slot at BBC 1’s Dance Arena at Reading and Leeds.

It is as a heralded figure in global dance music that Hannah charts her continued rise as one of the industry’s most respected players.
